Access to user mailboxes and mail transfer is now fully operational again. Failed internal and external mail transfers will be automatically resolved in the next hours.
Restoring access to the Mailinglist Web-UI is currently pending action from the webserver team.
The following services are affected by expired certificates and are currently not available:
New certificate requests have been issued and currently awaiting clearance from the certificate authority.
We are currently in the process of requesting a new certificate. Please be patient.
We are experiencing issues with an expired certificate on our IMAP server. Our ability to receive mails is currently partially degraded.
All services are working again.
After a restart of the database node we see a recovery of most of the concerned services. We are monitoring the situation.
We have identified the root cause of the issue being a mailfunctioning database node. We are currently working on mitigating the issue.
We are experiencing issues with availability of our infrastructure after the network infrastructure maintenance this morning.
