Some maintenance work on our network infrastructure will be conducted on 2025-09-01, which impacts our web services, VM clusters and parts of our storage systems. This may result in outages and reduced availability.

Network Management DNS Server Outage

A misconfiguration during maintenance work caused an outage of both redundant DNS servers. This caused issues establishing new connections in the network and a partial outage of the old Wi-Fi system.

The issue could be traced down to a misconfigured firewall and is resolved now.
