View DetailsSome video storage servers will be updated to a new version of their operating system in this time and a restart to apply the update is required, which will impact availability.
As part of our regular maintenance the matrix chat server will be restarted on Thursday, 2025-10-30. The service will be unavailable for some minutes.
In this timeframe management modules will be installed in the secondary slot of the switches in House L and N. This should not impact network availability or stability.
As part of our maintenance, we will be updating the operating system and core software on one of our VM hosts. This update requires a restart of the server, which will result in multiple services being partially or completely unavailable.

Our member database and network management infrastructure is under maintenance on saturday, 2025-11-01. We expect no outages of the network infrastructure, but availability of MyInfo will be impacted temporarily.
Since replacing the failing switch management module in the network switch of house E, all newly installed access points went online, got provisioned and now deliver wifi as planned.
Therefore, this incident is resolved.
Some access points have been configure manually and are now working correctly. We are still working on all other unavailable access points.
We are again experiencing problems with more newly installed access points in House E, which are available in our networking infrastructure and consume normal amounts of power but are not active in our wifi controller and therefore not serve wifi.
We are investigating the problem on a per-case basis.
